Everyday Life – Sunday Tradition in Green Bay WI

The Sunday tradition around here is tailgating for Green Bay Packers Games.  Whether the game starts at Noon or 7pm, or it’s warm and sunny or frigidly cold the die hard fans pack up their coolers, grills, and grocery bags and travel out to Lambeau Field to celebrate game day.  And that doesn’t even necessarily mean that these fans have tickets to get into Lambeau to see the game.  This Sunday, we didn’t.  We ate, had a few drinks, played a little football with the kids and headed home in time to see kickoff.  And that’s what Sundays are made of in Green Bay.  Unless of course you have a golden ticket and can get into Lambeau. Some of us are a little bit more disappointed by this than others as you can see.
